This is a beautiful home in a great location! When you walk in you will know your home. This wonderful lakefront home has everything you could want for a great family getaway.

It features 3 roomy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living/dining/kitchen area, a game room with a 40in HD flat screen TV (online with Netflix), furnished sunroom, fenced yard and more.

The master bedroom has a pillow-top, ultra comfy king size bed, its own full bath (shower only in this one), large closet and a great TV. This will be your retreat after a long day on the lake! The other two bedrooms each have queen, pillow-top bed’s, they are roomy and sport their own televisions. These are as comfortable as the master! Two of these bedrooms are outfitted with black-out curtains.

There is a 4th room that has a daybed with a trundle, 40″ flat screen HD TV that’s online and has Netflix for your enjoyment, limousine tinted windows, and privacy doors. This room is great for gaming and privacy! The living room has a 33″ flat screen HD TV with a Bose speaker system and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking and entertaining. The dining area table converts to game table and also a bumper pool table.

On the lake side of this 1700 Sq. ft home, you will find a furnished sunroom with a freezer and plenty of windows to view the lake and fenced back yard. You will enjoy the lake frontage with a dock you can tie your boat up to, swim/fish platform and flat yard. There is a gas grill, lawn furniture and 90 ft of beautiful Lake Hamilton waterfront. This fabulous getaway is located in the popular HWY 7 south area just 2 minutes from Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant and 5 minutes to the mall. This home is kid and pet friendly with high chair and Pac-n-Play and fenced yard. A 2 car carport and easy to find location make this the perfect spot for a family vacation.

This is a beautiful lake front home suitable for large families. The yard is fairly flat, with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Included in the 90′ of waterfront is a private boat ramp, a large, 2-slip covered boat dock, a swimming area, a covered picnic area with table, and plenty of room to fish.

This 3100 sq ft home features a very open floor plan with the large kitchen, dining and gathering areas, a separate family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, all located on the first level. On the second level you will find the spacious master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet and a large private balcony. All bedrooms have televisions as well big screen TVs in the living areas.

Beds

There are a total of 4 bedrooms in this home. Three are downstairs and one is up.
All of the bedrooms have a television.

The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a queen bed. There is a large bathroom with a large jetted tub. There is a small area w/ TV to hook up your gaming system. The room features a balcony with Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy. This is truly a wonderful spot to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Along with the small TV for gaming there is another television to be enjoyed. There is a very large closet in this room.

Two of the downstairs bedroom each features a queen bed and a full size bed. These bedrooms are very spacious. Each has a built-in desk and plenty of closet space.

The third bedroom has a queen bed. This room is just off the kitchen and features its own full bathroom. This is a great bedroom!

Along with the beds in the bedrooms this home has 4 queen-size sleeper sofas. The living room has two of the sleepers and the den is home to the other two.

Tuck your self into your cozy queen size bed while the kids are sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room. The new beautifully appointed deck over hangs the water and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening while the sun goes down. Fish from the deck or just watch the bobbers bounce from the sofa and then just reel them in! You will enjoy the new stainless BBQ grill that sits near by and can cook that meal right there. If you get too hot, just wade into the water on the stone steps that lead you right into the lake.

The new screened in porch outfitted with a wood burning fireplace and 50″ monitor will provide a private place for you or the kids to watch that football game or play with the provided Wii. Enjoy the outdoor speakers as they play from your iPod over the lake while you dance under the stars. Wash the lake away in the Japanese shower room before settling down for dinner. It is all there and a perfect romantic spot right on the water.

If you ever decide to leave, there is always historic Hot Springs with the bathhouses, spas and live music at the Arlington Hotel downtown. The casino is open year round and the horse racing season starts in January. There are rivers all around and canoe rental trips are always a family favorite. Party barges can be rented on the lake and there are many float up restaurants that are wonderful.

Experience your own private home overlooking a lush green yard feeding into the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton. Sit on your own private balcony above the tree line to the open cove beyond, or join your friends and family on the beautifully appointed deck below. You will feel pampered in the Master Bedroom king sized bed complete with wood burning fireplace and 42″ HDTV with Blue Ray. The Master bath has a 6′ x 6′ whirlpool bath surrounded by windows and its own 32″ monitor to watch a movie or catch up on the news. The walk in shower is large enough for two and has a private toilet area. The guest room is quaintly decorated with an iron queen sized bed and its own TV with satellite feed. The bunk room has four queen sized bunks that can accommodate up to eight people and perfect for the kids. This room also has a 36″ monitor and its own satellite receiver. All rooms have alarm clocks with IPOD docking, playing and charging units. All bedrooms have thermal black out curtains to allow for maximum sleeping time.

Wonder downstairs to make that first cup of coffee in the new kitchen complete with stainless equipment, double oven and microwave drawer. The rest of your group can join you around the granite buffet or out on the screened in porch to listen to the birds and the sounds of the lake. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a extra long soaking tub. Relax in the living room that faces the lake and the wood burning fireplace with it’s own 42″ monitor.

Enjoy the fire pit for roasting marshmallows or just floating in the water off the swim dock. It is all there for you and your family to enjoy. This cove is coveted by fishermen all year as it is the most popular cove to fish as the Little Marzan River feeds into the lake right around the corner.

If you ever want to leave there is always historic downtown Hot Springs with its bathhouses, art galleries, horse racing during late winter and spring. There are several rivers to canoe within 30 minutes driving time and boat rentals on the lake. One of our favorite things about this lake is the float up restaurants. Maps to locations are provided.

This is a beautiful home with 100′ of lake front property on a deep water cove right off the main channel on Lake Hamilton. The entire back of the house is all extra large windows and 2 sliding glass doors so you always have a great view of the lake. The views from the nicely appointed decks are fantastic. There is a covered boat dock and a swimming platform along with ample parking for your cars and boat trailer.

The home is open and airy and boast 10 foot ceilings and arched doorways. There are two separate living areas. Each area has a comfortable recliner, tables, lamps, entertainment center, TV with Direct TV and a DVD player, etc. Each one is equipped with a queen size sofa bed as well. What we call the ‘main’ living area (because we gather there the most) has all windows overlooking the lake and the dining room has all glass on one wall that is lake view too.

There is also two dining areas as well as a bar in the kitchen. There is a table that seats 6 to 8 and a bar height table that seats 4. The bar in the kitchen seats 3. The kitchen has a great sky light and is all white with a huge window over looking the lake. Couple all that with high ceilings, no wonder it’s always so bright and light and open and airy! The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook and serve full meals.

The master bedroom is very comfortable. It has a queen size bed with a really comfortable mattress and very soft sheets. the room is furnished with two nightstands each with a lamp and there is also a dresser and an alarm clock. The room also has a TV with Direct TV. The room also has a 1/2 bathroom. We wanted this room to be as comfortable as our bedroom at home and it is, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

The second bedroom is furnished with matching twin beds with one nightstand in between and on top of that is a twin lamp (of course!). There is an alarm clock and dresser as well. The room also has a TV with Direct TV. The closet is roomy. The mattresses and sheets are comfy. Our boys like the room a lot. We picked these items out with care. They are of the same quality as the master bedroom.

The bathroom is fairly roomy. It has a standard shower/tub combo except the tub has Jacuzzi jets! Ahhhhhhhhh after a day on the lake or sight-seeing! There is lots of drawer and counter space. Lots of towels racks have been provided. Towels are provided as well.

The area and this home is peaceful and beautiful and just the perfect vacation spot! This is a perfect place to relax – no phone, no headaches, nothing but fun and pleasure. We have worked hard to make our vacation home comfortable, relaxing – a real getaway! We love our home and think you will as well. Boat, fish, ski, relax at this charming Lake Hamilton home.

• Balcony: The balcony runs the length of the house in the back and the lake views are fantastic! There is a large dining table, a conversation area and a couple of loungers. The balcony can be accessed from the dining room and the main living area.

View/Location

• Lakefront: We are right on the lake! The home is on a deep water cove, the fishing is great! The cove is right off the main channel. A marina is right around the corner. The swimming from the swim platform is wonderful. We are so close to the water we stand up on the balcony and throw food down to the fish! The area is quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

This is a truly great Lake Hamilton Property. Located in a nice, deep-water cove with great views of the lake and surrounding area. It has a very relaxing, vacation feel that your friends and family will just love. The outdoor areas include 2 spacious covered decks, for grilling and entertaining, a great lakeside patio and play area for fishing and swimming, and a nice seawall all along the 100 feet of lakefront property. Great lake views can be seen from most rooms, beginning with the main level entry. The open floor plan lends itself to family entertaining, or just relaxing and watching the kids play. The hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen and living areas add to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. Go down stairs to the lake level and you will find another small kitchen, very open living area and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and full bath. Both upper and lower living areas open onto covered decks where you can lounge even on the occasional rainy day. This house looks and feels brand new and beckons you in after a hard day of play on the lake.

Want the very best view of Lake Hamilton? You can rent just the main area of this home, which sleeps 8 or if you need more room you can also rent The Tower which allows sleeping for up to 14! (The Tower cannot be rented without the main home) Please read the entire description.

This beautiful home is on 100 feet of lakefront. The main part of the home has two master bedrooms and two queen size sleeper sofas, three full baths and hardwood floors throughout. The main living space is a large living room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling with an attached sunroom and a kitchen area. This area sleeps 8.

The Tower is a connected three story tower that is off the living area. Everything is under the same roof and The Tower is only accessible by a door in the living room. It has a small den on the bottom floor and the 2nd and 3rd floor are each bedrooms. This area sleeps 6.

Every room in the house has a view of the lake! Our home has a two-slip covered boat dock with a fishing and swimming platform and hundreds of square feet of deck overlooking the lake.

Our home is situated right on the edge of the main channel on a quiet, deep-water cove. This lets you and the kids swim and fish without the worry of speeding boats. Yet, since the property line runs to the main channel, you can be fishing or skiing in seconds.

There is a hot tub right outside for you to enjoy and a charcoal grill for those cook-outs you’re bound to have. The grounds are so pretty but there’s nothing as beautiful as the view. The view is unspoiled and stunning everyday.

The furniture in the living room is custom made to fit the space. It was also chosen for comfort. We love our home and visit with our children and grandchildren often. We want to be comfortable when we are here and we would like for our guests to be as well. This area has an HD TV with DirecTV and a DVD player. One couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa as well as one in the sunroom.

Both of the bedrooms are master bedrooms. They each have queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses and linens. They both also are equipped with TV’s and DirecTV as well as walk-in closets.

They each have their own nice, full-size private bath. Both bedrooms also have double French floors and a matching third window that leads to the wrap around deck with great views of the lake. But the master bedroom to your right has a huge 5 x 8 picture window that has a breathtaking view of the lake. It is absolutely stunning!

The hallway bathroom has a Jacuzzi brand tub and is a very nice sized bath room. All the baths have plenty of room and plenty of storage.

There is a laundry room in the hall with a full size washer and dryer.

The kitchen has all the niceties of home. Refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc.

The Tower has a small living room on the first floor with a chair and a half that pulls out to sleep one. It also has two gamer recliners and a TV with DirecTV, a closet and a custom built entertainment center. The second floor has a closet and a bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The bunk beds are outfitted with custom built steps that are also drawers.

The third floor has two twin beds, nightstand and a closet. The views from The Tower are great, especially from the third floor. The only way in and out of the tower is from the main living area of the house. The Tower is a lock-out, it can only be rented along with the main part of the house.

This condo is LOCATION and style wrapped up together! The location is right off Central Av behind the Wal-Mart. So it’s about 5 mins – less than 3 miles – from Oaklawn. It’s approx. 10 mins to Bath House Row – just about 5 miles.

With this location AND being on the lake AND having a pool AND a private boat ramp AND cable TV AND Wi-Fi AND great furnishings – WOW could you really want for more?

This is a beautiful condo that has been taken care of. It is in a delightful complex with such rich history. The grounds are well cared for and have well thought out amenities. Your family will be happy here.

The condo is bright and boasts terrific views of the lake. When you sit on the sinfully comfortable sofa you will be looking at beautiful Lake Hamilton. The sofa is a super comfortable queen size sleeper. The living area and the kitchen are open to each other so the space is airy and family oriented.

The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable queen size beds for a great night sleep after a day on the lake. They are decorated in relaxing colors to help you drift away with ease.

You can relax, the kids can play! This is the place to have fun, be close to everything and just let go!
